I am back with a part 2 for you! Follow along and learn 9 (maybe 10) new techniques for folding charcuterie like a pro.

To help unstick your meats: while they are in the package, roll the package tightly. It helps separate the fat on each piece from the one next to it. Works great with bacon too.

Yes, I recommend using Sliced Mozzarella
The sad thing is that with inflation, the board would be 25 to 30 dollars now, but even at that price, Aldi is a great deal compared to other grocery stores.

I was asked to make a charcuterie board by a friend for her husbands bday… first times! I do a lot of cooking / baking so it’s not too far fetched that she would ask me to do a charcuterie board! I'm trying to find out what cheese rinds are Safe to eat and this woman is going on and on about her routine and schedule. I'm so sick and tired of this the sense of importance that everybody seems to think they have any more these days. It's some kind of grandiose self importance. Get on with it please... it's everywhere. Make a separate video with that stuff for your followers. I only care about the cheese

I'm about to try my first board for a friend. I just have to decide what boards are used or what I can use, nothing to big. And is prosciutto one that has to be used? Or do you have a way to use some deli meats?
That’s the fun thing is you can use whatever you would like! I just like to make sure I have good variety
Good ideas,but just to let you know the mini salami,are not to be sliced,they are individual pieces you grab and bite,European style!!! Just for future references!!!

It is not illegal to sell out of your house in my state. You don’t need a commercial kitchen to do so here. You need a biz license and a home seller license. Basically the rules are no pets in the area where you cook or prep.
Good to know! What state do you live in? In my state the only time you do work out of your home is with a cottage food license.
